We are seeking a Client Liaison Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring successful capital projects, excellent customer satisfaction, and harmonious relationships between residents, stakeholders, and our property and compliance teams.
Role Purpose:
As a Client Liaison Officer your primary responsibility is to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among residents, local ward councillors, project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure capital projects are executed smoothly, especially when residents have unique needs. Your role is instrumental in maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction and making sure contractors prioritise residents' needs during project delivery.
Role Duties:
Manage communications among stakeholders, including local ward councillors, project delivery teams, residents, contractors, and suppliers, to identify and implement solutions for capital improvements, especially when customized procedures are required.
Conduct in-home visits to engage with residents, understand their specific circumstances, and create household profiles to minimize disruption during works improvements.
Actively encourage and involve tenants in all aspects of scheme design and delivery daily.
Serve as the initial point of contact for residents facing difficulties with home improvement projects.
Proactively promote resident involvement in our services and consult with residents on service delivery and improvement programs when necessary.
Maintain a deep understanding of the property and compliance sector and its impact on the community.
Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the property and compliance sector to local communities.
Collaborate effectively with external entities related to the property and compliance sector.
Work closely with colleagues to enhance understanding of property and compliance management and address any arising issues.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with the community, stakeholders, and other entities.
Collect, analyse, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities for improving relations between the property and compliance sector and impacted residents.
Prepare and distribute detailed monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to the Head of Property Engagement.
Monitor resident satisfaction through follow-up on resolved resident issues and problems.
Resolve resident complaints through various communication channels.
