Exciting Opportunity: Executive Assistant to the Director of Housing for a West London Council
Wanted an exceptional Executive Assistant to Director of Housing and team in West London. As the Executive Assistant to Director of Housing, you will play a pivotal role in Council’s Housing Management Office.

**Role Responsibilities:**

  • Being the primary point of contact for the Director of Housing's office, residents, council members, and partner organisations.
  • Building and nurturing effective relationships on behalf of the Director of Housing
  • Ensuring the seamless operation of the office by maintaining systems, processes, and protocols.
  • Skillfully managing the inbox and promptly addressing inquiries - ability to manage high volumes of meetings and emails
  • Coordinating and overseeing the diaries for the Director of Housing and the Department Management Team.
  • Facilitating the organisation and support of management boards, including agenda distribution and meticulous minute-taking.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of events, workshops, and engagements.
  • Handling inquiries from residents, local businesses, and partners with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Undertaking project work, research, and casework as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Exceptional organisational skills, with a strong emphasis on diary and Outlook management.
  • Outstanding crisis management abilities.
  • Confidence, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills to thrive in a constantly changing, highly demanding office environment.
  • C-Suite experience.
  • Experience working within a Local Authority is an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, maintain diplomacy whilst handling the demands of a dynamic and fast-paced environment
