An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Insurance Administrator to join a leading independent international Lloyd's broker, based in the heart of London. This is a 3 month contract, hybrid position with the office based in central London, salary £23500 pro rata.
The successful Insurance Administrator will require the following skills and experience:
- Experience working within the insurance sector
- Take instructions relating to the provision of insurance cover.
- Processing day to day data reports.
- Processing of New Business, Renewals and MTA's.
- Checking policy documents for accuracy.
- Processing accounts entries.
- Processing telephone payments.
- Assisting with accounts queries.
- Evidenced experience in Customer Service and administration
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload.
- Strong proficiency in IT - MS Word and MS Excel, MS Teams competence.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Adaptability and quick response capability in maintaining composure and professionalism during unexpected situations
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Independence and proactive initiative-taking, while also being a valuable team contributor
- to work supporting colleagues.
