An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Insurance Administrator to join a leading independent international Lloyd's broker, based in the heart of London.  This is a 3 month contract, hybrid position with the office based in central London, salary £23500 pro rata.

The successful Insurance Administrator will require the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working within the insurance sector
  • Take instructions relating to the provision of insurance cover.
  • Processing day to day data reports.
  • Processing of New Business, Renewals and MTA's.
  • Checking policy documents for accuracy.
  • Processing accounts entries.
  • Processing telephone payments.
  • Assisting with accounts queries.
  • Evidenced experience in Customer Service and administration
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own workload.
  • Strong proficiency in IT  - MS Word and MS Excel, MS Teams competence.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and quick response capability in maintaining composure and professionalism during unexpected situations
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Independence and proactive initiative-taking, while also being a valuable team contributor
  • to work supporting colleagues.
