Maintenance Operative
Location: London
Temporary role
Hourly rate - c £18 -£19 PER HOUR 


Experienced Maintenance Operative/ Multi Trades (London)  for Student Accommodation..
You will need to have experience within electrical/ plumbing and painting and decorating, also general maintenance,  PAT testing, painting, carpentry etc

Responsibilities

• Repair of items and equipment in communal areas and also preventive maintenance
• Plumbing repairs, fixing leaks, fixing taps, shower heads,  attending to blockages
• Light bulb replacement, testing emergency lights and reporting any issues around the property.
• Plumbing and electrical work, re-hanging doors, painting
• Ensure all communal areas are kept to a high standard at all tim
• Electrical work Heater thermostat/ booster replacement, Microwave, fridge freezer, hobs repair/replacement (fixing radiator fixings, bathrails etc) 
• Excellent customer service at all times
• Preventative Maintenance
