Maintenance Operative

Hourly rate - £15.00 - £16.00 PER HOUR
I have several maintenance/ handyman opportunities avaiable across the London area. I am looking for hardworking maintenance persons to assist with general maintenance, PAT testing, painting, etc
Responsibilities
- Repair of items and equipment in communal areas and also preventive maintenance
- Fixing taps, testing emergency lights and reporting any issues around the property.
- Basic plumbing and electrical work, re-hanging doors, painting
- Ensure all communal areas are kept to a high standard at all times
- Excellent customer service at all times
- Flexibility and a willingness to assist
This role is for one/ two days per week for approx 6 weeks
