Enthusiastic and organised individual needed for Learning Partnership Senior Support Officer for a London borough council.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with exceptional organisational, analytical, and communication skills. You'll work alongside a team of highly professional individuals committed to continuous improvement, collaborating with headteachers and staff across the borough. Reporting to the Head of School Effectiveness, you will lead service delivery support for the borough's Learning Partnership.

Duties:-

  • Collaborating with schools and headteachers
  • Provide advice to local schools and manage performance management reminders.
  • Lead service delivery support for the borough's Learning Partnership.
  • Organise and support professional development, meetings, and CPD opportunities.
  • Evaluate and plan CPD provisions.
  • Assist in delivering annual plans for professional development, wellbeing, and recruitment.
  • Implement teaching commission recommendations.
  • Support governance courses and collaborate with school leaders.
  • Collect and analyse course data and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate school contact lists.
  • Provide administrative support for a diverse community.
  • Manage special events and ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Lead engagement, communications, and develop business relationships.
  • Maintain financial records and produce necessary reports.
  • Coordinate logistics for training and meetings.
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and maintain attendance records.
  • Ensure functionality of ICT equipment for events.
  • Operate within statutory and legal frameworks.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and explore cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide advice to local schools and manage performance management reminders.
  • Handle a diverse portfolio with minimal supervision.
  • Lead bid writing and sponsorship efforts.
  • Adhere to relevant legislation.
