Training Executive required by a leading international membership organisation based in central London. You will be responsible to the Training Manager for the process and administration of applications to become an assessor and support the Training Team Lead in the administration of the assessor recruitment, training and engagement programmes.

This is a permanent, full time role – salary £28,500 per annum plus excellent benefits – hybrid working (home and office based working) – this role is based in central London.

Duties:

  • Providing excellent customer service to trainers, current and potential assessors by supporting the delivery of an effective assessor recruitment, training and engagement programme.
  • Processing applications for new reviewer training and assigning them to assessors
  • Supporting the Training Team Lead with the administration of refresher and conversion training programmes
  • Issuing result letters and invitations to training days
  • Printing and disseminating training materials to trainers
  • Sending post-training communications to attendees
  • Providing support as required for other QA, training and engagement activities including initial department enquiries, customer service, audits and the annual reviewers conference.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with other membership division staff, especially the Training Team Lead and Quality Assurance Specialists
  • Book travel, accommodation, meeting rooms and catering in line with the policy as and when required
  • Process members’ expenses and ensure they are in line with published guidance


Key requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of data management and/or CRM database systems
  • The ability to analyse data to identify trends in recruitment and engagement activities
  • A competent user of MS applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and use of Visio and Bookings would be useful
  • Excellent written and oral capability
  • Ability to identify problems or potential problems and propose solutions
  • Some experience of quality control/assurance processes is desirable
  • Ability to use initiative to escalate issues to the appropriate manager
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and to be open-minded and cooperative
