About Royal Mail:

About the Role:
As a driver, your day commences by sorting mail at your local delivery office, preparing for your route. Next, you'll embark on your journey in a trusty van, equipped with a handheld computer device. This nifty device lets you capture customer signatures for deliveries and guides you on the most efficient route, ensuring you know precisely which house to visit next. The round typically takes around four hours to complete.
About You:
We're on the lookout for individuals who are enthusiastic, self-motivated, and equally at ease working independently and as part of a team. Building meaningful connections with the people on your delivery route is paramount, so a strong sense of community is a must. Embracing flexible working patterns and the idea of an active role that keeps you fit should resonate with you.
Come rain or shine, we deliver parcels, so if you relish the great outdoors, regardless of the weather, this role is tailor-made for you. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a definite plus.
Driving License Requirements:
You'll need a full UK manual driving license (at your current UK address) with no more than six penalty points. A clean driving record is preferred, and you'll be required to present your license during the assessment.
