Biography

Ilamathy also known by her nickname Lambo, joined Red Personnel in 2017 having been selected by us from the amazing PWC funded Growing Talent programme http://www.growing-talent.co.uk/! When we first met Ilamathy she had just graduated from the UCL Institute of Education with a degree in BA Education Studies and was looking for a challenging opportunity! Like most skilled Recruiters, this is not always the career path we choose; but having proved herself incredibly valuable and perfectly suited to the challenges of Agency Recruitment in a short space of time, we were delighted that she accepted our offer to join the Permanent team! Ilamathy has a keen eye for resourcing and matching, quick to support clients on all live roles, she develops and holds some great relationships with clients and candidates alike for whom Ilamathy is their Recruitment Consultant of choice! Lambo loves reading horror books and is a big fan of Stephen King, her favourite food is loads and loads of chocolate, we all know where to go when we are in need of it!
